The Chief Underwriter (CUO), North America Major Accounts is a newly created and central role on the GRS leadership team. The individual will have a high-profile role both internally and externally, and potential for long-term growth. The role has accountability of underwriting strategy and P/L for the Sub-Segment. Responsible for driving Appetite across Sub-Segment to ensure consistency and clarity to all stakeholders. This role will work with the GRS NA Underwriting Office to identify growth opportunities, develop reinsurance strategies and drive towards GRS NA Target Portfolio.
