The Personal Lines Auto Pricing Programs are looking for a Senior Analyst to be a key contributor to USRM profit and growth goals and help shape current and future pricing programs. You will be responsible for determining product scope, ensuring this scope is in compliance with state regulations, providing technical and analytical support of assigned states and projects with proactive and continuous communication to project stakeholders.
In this role you will:
- Fully own and execute on assigned state’s implementation of the latest Auto Pricing Programs.

The Workers Compensation Claims Specialist works within a Claims Team, using the latest technology to manage an assigned caseload of routine to moderately complex claims from the investigation of the claim through resolution. - Responsible for managing the practices and billing activities of outside counsel.
- Accountable for security of financial processing of claims, as well as security information contained in claims files.
- Trains and mentors staff as appropriate; manages relationships and acts as liaison with various business partners (e.g., Underwriting, Reinsurance, Etc.).
- Keeps abreast of existing and proposed legislation, court decisions and trends and experience pertaining to specialty coverage issues.
- May analyze the impact upon claims policies and procedures and advises Claims.
- Management so appropriate action can be taken where required.
- Participates in special projects.
